Scientific Programme Information

State-of-the-Art Lectures
International experts will be invited to deliver State-of-the-Art Lectures on various medical and psychosocial oncology topics.

Symposia / Educational Symposia / Workshop
Symposia, Educational Symposia and Workshop will be arranged on various topics for different specialties.

Free Paper and Young Investigator Award Sessions
These Free Paper and Young Investigator Award Sessions are allocated 10 minutes (8 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion) for each speaker. Since the programme is tight, presenters of papers are earnestly requested to adhere to the allocated time.

Abstracts
Abstracts for State-of-the-Art Lectures, Symposia and Educational Symposia are arranged by speakers. All abstracts for oral presentations in Free Paper and Young Investigator Award and Poster Presentation are printed at the end of the Programme Book.

Posters
All presenters are requested to put up their posters at Exhibition Area, G/F, Laboratory Block, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, before 1:00 pm on Wednesday, 3 November, 2011.

All posters are available for viewing on Thursday – Saturday, 3 – 5 November, 2011.

Meeting Room Facilities - Audio-Visual Aids
Meeting rooms are equipped with facilities of computer for powerpoint presentation and a laser pointer.

The materials for each presentation should be submitted 2 hours before the presentation to the Audio-Visual Centre.

The opening hours of the AV Centre are as follows:

Exhibition
The exhibition is at Foyer, G/F, William MW Mong Block and Exhibition Area, G/F, Laboratory Block, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine and is open during the Congress hours.

Please visit the Exhibits. Coffee and tea will be provided during coffee breaks.
